MEET NEWBIE WINKIE!

This is Winkie! Poor girl is just devasted about being at the shelter. She had some scratches/bite marks (we assume they were) when she first came in. She wouldn't even open her eyes for 2-3 days! The vet said there was nothing physically wrong with Winkie, just "stress related". She needs a foster home as soon as possible- can you help??? Just look at her precious face!
