UPDATED PICTURES OF HOWARD!

Howard is doing fantastic! Howard is so funny...he runs around back and forth outside and in circles just as happy as he can be (you must realize he is feeling so much better and just wants to romp and play- don't worry, there's nothing wrong with him!). His skin condition has been treated and his hair is growing back very nicely. All he needs is his forever home. This is such a great young boy.
