NEW ARRIVALS: ROCKY & BULLWINKLE

We received a call from a concerned neighbor regarding Rocky (blue bandana) and Bullwinkle (yellow bandana). These adorable pups were living on the same chain which was attached to an outdoor water faucet. We picked them up and brought them to the shelter - they will not be returning to their old "home." An interesting twist to the story is that we took in another pup from this same home earlier in the summer (Lucky). Fortunately - Lucky had a happy ending and was adopted through a rescue group to a wonderful home in New England.

These two brothers absolutely adore each other and reallywould love to stay together. Bullwinkle is definitely "the big brother". Rocky was a bit scared and unsure during pictures, but Bullwinkle would lick his face frequently as if to tell him "everything is ok". We really don't know their breed(s) exactly, but they are a little on the short side (especially Rocky). Both are very loving once they get to know you. We are guessing they are around 5-6 months old (?) We would love to find them a wonderful indoor foster or forever home where they will be treated like members of the family. Don't they deserve that after the life they have lived so far?
