SCOOTER NEEDS SOME DOGGY ANGELS

Meet Scooter. Scooter is a precious little Cocker Spaniel that came to the shelter as a stray. Unfortunately, it turns out that he has a hip problem (hip dysplasia) that will require surgery. Thankfully, it is only his right hip. The vet feels that this may have been a birth defect. Scooter gets around just fine - but sometimes when he is tired he will hop on three legs and cry a bit. This surgery is very expensive - and we really could use your help.
