MEET MAGNIFICENT NAPOLEON

This is Napoleon. We think he may be a Dogo Argentino. He came in to the shelter as a stray (a bit rough looking, but sweet as can be) a week or so ago. The shelter staff was calling him "Ghost Jr." because he looks like a dog named Ghost that we had not long ago. He has been moved temporarily to a vet's office for boarding to allow him some more time to find a home. The bad news is that he tested positive for heartworm disease. Without sponsor money, he cannot be treated. We desperately need a foster home for Napoleon because we cannot afford to board him for very long. If you can help him out, please call right away!
