PLEASE PLEASE someone help Cee Cee and Betsy! These two had to be surrendered to the shelter due to a divorce (and no dogs allowed in the apartment complex). Cee Cee is a Miniature Schnauzer and is 12 years old and Betsy is a Beagle around 6-7 year old. These poor babies were sleeping in a bed and now are sleeping on a cold concrete floor. PLEASE PLEASE someone help Cee Cee and Betsy! These two had to be surrendered to the shelter due to a divorce (and no dogs allowed in the apartment complex).
