MEET CARL: DO YOU KNOW HIM?

This is Carl, a gorgeous Golden Retriever who appears to be missing his owners/home. Carl was found near a very busy Interstate all alone (no houses for miles). He is about 2-3 years old if we had to guess??? Carl is very shy at first, but is beginning to become more comfortable. We are looking for Carl's owners (or if anyone knows how he ended up on the streets). These pictures were taken quickly and do not do him justice- he's beautiful!
