MEET ADORABLE RASCAL

Seriously...have you ever seen a cuter puppy than Rascal??? Rascal was found as a stray by a good samaritan, however he was wearing a collar and is already neutered. no one has come looking for this adorable young boy. He is about 3 months old and really needs to get out of the shelter ASAP. Please consider fostering this little guy until we can find him a home (which really won't take long!). Please hurry the shelter is full again!
