MEET ARNIE- DO YOU KNOW WHERE MY OWNER IS?

OK Lab lovers- here's the one you've been waiting for! This is Arnie. He hasn't quite been at the shelter long enough, but please keep him in mind. Arnie was found wandering the area with a young male Labradoodle (not sure if they are from the same home). He is a young gorgeous boy who deserves a great life. If you know who he belongs to, please tell his owners where he is because the shelter is full!
