Charles deserves a chance! We have been very lucky (so far) to be able to find homes for at least some of the dogs in the shelter, which allowed Charles to stay a bit longer. However, the shelter is full inside and outside again, and he is one of the pups that has been here the longest. Charles needs to be checked out by a ve because he has a few spots of hair missing on his back, but they don't appear to bother him at all. PLEASE CALL ASAP!
