MEET CHARMER #5: CODY

Last but not least, here's Cody! Cody looks more Lab-like than his siblings, but has a bit longer ears. He also has some brown in his coat (around the ears, etc.). What a personality he has...so playful, but gentle-natured too! You couldn't go wrong with any of these pups!

MEET CHARMER #4: CLIFFORD

I know...it's so hard to pick which of these guys (and gal) is the cutest! Clifford certainly is in the running too! He and his siblings are seriously the most well mannered pups for their age. Give Joan a call at 870-739-1145 to set up an appointment to meet them!

MEET CHARMER #3: CHESTER

Another wirehaired baby! Chester is just a doll don't you think?! We're not sure exactly what the breed mix is, but he and Charlie both look like they might be at least part German Wirehaired Pointer possibly?? Well regardless, they are all absolutely precious!

MEET CHARMER #2: CHARLIE

Charlie seems like an appropriate name for this adorable fella! How could you not fall in love with this face! His coat is definitely a bit wirey and longer than some of his other siblings (except for Chester of course).

MEET CHARMER #1: CASEY

Bless her heart, Casey is the ONLY female out of the bunch. However, don't feel sorry for her becase she is really the boss of the crew! What a cutie pie!

MEET "THE CHARMERS"

These have to be some of the cutest puppies we have ever seen. They have had a rough start in life, but have met numerous Doggy Angels along the way (Ann, Julie, Lisa, Leanne, and now Rene and Jerry). These 5 pups (Charlie, Clifford, Chester, Cody, and Casey) are so charming and incredibly calm and gentle. They are about 4 months old now and are currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting them, please call Joan at 870-739-1145 to discuss a time. Click on each picture to see a close-up view.

OH MY GOODNESS...EVEN MORE GREAT NEWS!

This has been one FANTASTIC week for Doggy Rescue! Mekah, Bart, and Misty are all leaving for Rescue as well! We cannot thank everyone enough who helped make this possible. We have had so many wonderful "doggy angels" that have given their time, money, and even their homes (thanks Rene!) to save these 3 dogs. Misty and Mekah in particular have been with us for a very long time. We are so incredibly excited that they are finally going to get the homes they deserve (forever!). If we get any updates, we will certainly post them.

MORE GREAT NEWS: SUZIE IS GOING TO RESCUE!

We are so excited that Suzie if finally on her way to her forever home up North! Thanks to several Rescue Groups up North, many wonderful dogs like Suzie are finding unbelievable homes! Thanks Laura and John for providing her a safe place to live for a few weeks so that she could travel (without foster families, she would never have had this chance)!

GREAT NEWS: CALVIN FOUND A HOME!

This is one lucky dog- Calvin has already found a wonderful home! HOORAY!!!

FEW MORE PICS OF GRACIE

We just wanted to take a few snapshots of Gracie to show her size (she really is pretty small and will likely stay about that size). She is pictured with Jamie, one of the shelter managers, and the fairly large shelter cat (who incidentally Gracie thinks is a doggie playmate). Gracie desperately needs to get out of the shelter- she is living in a very small cage in the shelter's kitchen. How about fostering her until she can find a permanent home!?!

UPDATED PICS OF ANOTHER GORGEOUS CREATURE: HALO

Here are a few more pictures of gorgeous Halo. Another beautiful dog just waiting in his cell. We never were able to find Halo's previous owners (he was the one who had a rabies tag from 2 years ago on his collar, but the phone number was no longer valid). This boy deserves a real life, so please find it in your heart to help him. He is already neutered and ready to go- all he needs is a loving, indoor home and a fenced in yard to run! Oh and by the way, Halo does not always foam at the mouth or drool like that (there was a cat nearby and he got excited- needless to say a home without cats would be necessary).
