WHO SAYS OLD FOLKS CAN'T FIND LOVING HOMES?

This is Chrissy. Poor Chrissy found herself in the animal shelter through no fault of her own (it never is...). Chrissy is 17 years old- yes...17! One of our volunteer's sisters, Kelly (in the blue sweater), came down last weekend to visit and met Chrissy. It was love at first sight! Kelly went back home to St. Louis and waited to hear whether Chrissy would be available for adoption. She received word on Thursday and on Friday, she met half-way to pick up this precious gal! Kelly...you are angel for giving this sweet girl the best possible life. Chrissy is adjusting very well to her new home. She is receiving all the love and affection she could possible get as well as some medicine to help with arthritis. Keep us updated on how she is doing!
