Charlotte was found as a stray. She was underweight (already gained 10 pounds) and missing a large portion of hair! She is a sweet girl and clearly longs for affection. She is very timid and does not know how to walk on a leash yet. Look at the adorable face- isn't she worth the extra effort! If you are unable to foster or adopt her, please consider sponsoring her so she can get the medical treatment she needs.
